**Guernsey Ladies 12 - 75 Dartford Roses**
**Guernsey Ladies 12 - 75 Dartford Roses**
Coach Doots:
After an early flight the DV ladies landed in sunny Guernsey for the last game of the season.
The game started with an early try from captain Andy two minutes in. Guernsey replied with one of their own.
A well trained and drilled DV squad kept possession and the tries kept coming.
There was a great display of running lines and line breaks contributing to a hatrick for Andy and Caitlyn, a first try for Jess. The forwards not wanting to be outdone by the backs, scrummed down on their 5m line. All 8 drove forward in a powerful show for number 8 Ciara who skilfully used her footwork to keep the ball and go over the line for her first ever well deserved try.
Fly half Lauren not only scored twice but converted 10 out of 11 tries to give her 30 points, she also unselfishly passed to Bex for her to score under the posts.
It was a great day, with Lisa playing her first game and hosts Guernsey playing to the end being rewarded with their second try of the game.
