Dartford Rugby Youth Player Siena Stickings selected for Wasps Centre of Excellence England U-18's Pathway Programme - 2 Years Young!!**
Following 3 Kent County U-18 Trials and 4 further trials with Premiership 15's side Wasps, we are proud to announce that one of our Dartford Youth Academy players has been selected to join the Centre of Excellence England U-18's Pathway programme at Wasps.
Siena Stickings, 15 years old, Centre, joins the U-18 premiership programme 2 years young and will receive dedicated professional pathway coaching with Wasps throughout the 2021/22 season, until the England U-18 TDG (Talent Development Group) is selected in the new year.

Siena is a product of the highly successful Dartford Rugby Youth Academy and first in a long line of strong young Roses with County+ honours potential coming through the age groups.

The Academy has grown from 50 players 4 years ago to over 250 registered youth players across 14 age groups, including a number of Kent/Saracens DPP (Development Pathway Programme) boys at U-14/15/16.

Our club is immensely proud of her achievement and the ongoing work of the coaching & support staff that make our Youth Academy such a special squad to be part of.
